Privacy, kept simple

Last updated: November 4, 2026. This policy describes the worksheet site and its optional adult-only Community feature, which is under pre-launch testing.

Worksheet information

Worksheet settings and generated questions are processed locally in the browser. This version does not send a learner’s name, homework answers, or worksheet content to a server, and it does not require registration.

Hosting information

When the site is published, its hosting provider may process IP addresses and technical request logs. The details depend on the hosting service selected by the operator.

Adult community accounts and posts

Community accounts use Netlify Identity to handle account email addresses, authentication credentials, login sessions and role assignments. Netlify Database stores adult-authored discussions, replies, moderation decisions and abuse reports, including an internal account identifier. Approved posts may be publicly visible, but email addresses are not displayed in discussions. Unapproved posts are visible only to their authors and moderators. We use this information to run and protect the Community and investigate reports.

Age restrictions and children

Community registration and posting are for adults aged 18 and above. Children under 18 must not create Community accounts. Parents may ask general educational questions on behalf of children but must not share identifying information about minors. The worksheet generator remains accessible without an account.

Retention, removal and rights

We retain account and moderation information while needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations. To request account or post deletion, or ask about access or correction of your data, email us using the contact below. Posts may be removed for safety or policy reasons. We will assess valid privacy requests under applicable law. Netlify acts as a service provider for hosting, identity and database processing.

Cookies and advertising

This version does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Netlify Identity uses authentication cookies to maintain adult account sessions. Before adding any advertising or analytics, we will update this policy, assess consent and child-directed content obligations, and configure appropriate restrictions.
